Multimedia Journalist and Empathic Storyteller.

About Me
I’m a Phoenix-based multimedia journalist and Master of Mass Communication graduate from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. I have an international background –having lived abroad in Madrid, Spain, and Leeds, England– and a desire to contribute to solving global, interconnected issues through solutions journalism and constructive storytelling. Because of this, I am pursuing a career as an international correspondent. Having obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from El Instituto de Empresa (IE University), I use this knowledge of global systems and dynamics to enrich my reporting on immigration policy, national politics and local culture.

My professional experiences include covering Congress and the White House for Cronkite News, investigating and reporting on American immigration policy for Carnegie-Knight News21, writing hard news and feature stories for Times Media Group and conducting research on how to implement constructive journalism in the Spanish media landscape for El Instituto de Periodismo Constructivo (the Institute of Constructive Journalism). I have also written digital content for Phoenix Magazine and Arizona Highways Magazine, and conducted an international assignment covering the impacts of Trump’s threats to “retake the Panama Canal” in Panama City, Panama. Currently, I work as a communications and marketing specialist for POD Health, an AI-powered app for parents of neurodiverse children.
